TEAM

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of embarking on an adventure with a large part of our team. And what an adventure! Dozens of IT consultants gathered at Dorhout Mees in Biddinghuizen for something they had never done before: a shooting range.
After a warm welcome, our team was allowed to enter the shooting range. Let's see how breathing works (how much your body actually moves when you inhale!) as you fire a bullet over 100 meters. Every millimeter of deviation makes a huge difference 100 meters later, of course. Full focus was quickly found, and we aimed for that bullseye with intense concentration. With some military backgrounds in our ranks, the bar was quickly set high, and enthusiastic team members occasionally touched it.
A completely different form of shooting is clay pigeon shooting. Instead of aiming motionlessly at a target, you're tracking its movement. Interesting! Other talented shooters effortlessly demonstrate how a porcelain tile shatters into 1,000 pieces. Each shooter fires 15 shots, with Michael and Coen tying for first place with a whopping 11 clay pigeons each.

After this adrenaline rush, we drive together to our accommodation for the night. At Vanenburg Castle in Putten, a truly beautiful location, we settle down to talk about the bullets that flew around and many other topics we sometimes do not have time for during work hours. A leisurely three-course meal follows, which proves to be a perfect foundation for the evening's activities.
Once dark, all the team members turn on their flashlights. While one is sporting a compact headlamp, another carries a trusty Maglite. Maarten is the King of the Lamps—visible from far and wide as soon as we enter the forest.

Once in the forest, the three teams are given a series of tasks to complete. Without their own phones as a guide, they get into their stride. Knowledge is tested on the Adventure Veluwe tablet, photos and videos are taken (hello, bellowing deer!), and herbal liqueurs are enjoyed.
Once we are back at the castle, the Agerion games box is set out on the table, and we enjoy drinks and games. Whether it is Jenga, Take 5, or a game of chess—there is something for everyone. The last dance moves take place in Putten's local pub, and (no lie!)—at 8:30 the next morning, everyone simply makes their way to a delicious breakfast before we wave each other goodbye. Respect!

You are very welcome! We are currently looking for an IT Support Representative and a Senior Power BI Specialist.
