With a board of directors who themselves studied in Rotterdam, Agerion IT has developed a long-term relationship with Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. The Business IT & Management program has proven to be a breeding ground for enthusiastic, skilled, and eager-to-learn IT professionals with a business mindset.
That is why we are thrilled that our colleague Nick Visser will be conducting his graduation research at Agerion IT, accompanied by his classmate Wesley van Buuren. These men, both in the fourth year of this entrepreneurial program, are focusing on Agerion IT's service desk.
Wesley explains:
"I'm going to examine the current service desk process to achieve a new quality boost. This includes reducing manual and error-prone actions, the underlying administrative process, and the change management that comes with a reform like this."
A fresh perspective is, of course, very helpful for our company. Wesley van Buuren has joined our company with this refreshing perspective. Nick Visser has been part of our team for over a year now and has more inside information. This allows him to also conduct market research and focus on the outside world with our perspective in mind. Which vendor has the best tools for our support team?

Together, they hope to make a positive contribution to Agerion IT's daily operations. This requires analytical skills.
"I definitely hope to put those to the test again," Nick grins. "I think getting better at analyzing processes and addressing pain points is a good skill to continue developing. Of course, I've been contributing to Agerion IT for almost a year now. Time flies. So, the graduation period doesn't necessarily feel that different. I still have the same friendly and driven colleagues around me."
