Coen van den Berg and Stefan Frerichs worked hard for months on our jam-packed company outing! Even the Stedin power outage could not slow things down: we had a wonderful time.
First stop: Racesquare, near Pathé de Kuip. Dozens of racing chairs are set up in a huge space, complete with enormous screens and real racing wheels. After a warm-up, there was, of course, fierce competition for the best qualifying spots. Followed by a true sprint race and a stunning final race, we naturally have a few champions to honor!

While Stedin threw a power outage at us, we enjoyed a delicious candlelit lunch. With full bellies, we boarded the water taxi and raced across the water in two black and yellow cannons to the Live Escape Rooms. Here, three teams heard the door slam shut behind them and worked together intensively for a maximum of 60 minutes to solve all the puzzles in the rooms and escape. Fortunately, the teamwork proved more than enough to free all 19 colleagues!

Enthusiastically and full of stories, we enjoyed drinks in the Oude Haven, which we could then continue with at the one and only Vrienden Live. This incredibly cozy restaurant accompanied the meal with fantastic live music by De Jongens van Je Weet Wel (The Boys of You Know Who). The three-person crew had hands in the air and throats scratching at the breakfast table. Coen and Stefan, thanks for organizing so wonderfully!
