IT is anything but simple, but with sound guidance and clear advice, Agerion makes even the most complex IT projects understandable and manageable. The IT specialist from Oud-Beijerland has been helping large enterprises organize their information flows since 2003. They now also apply this knowledge and experience to SMEs. "A seasoned enterprise engineer spending an hour looking over an SME client's server is very illuminating and efficient," says Managing Director Stefan Frerichs.

Since this year, Stefan, along with Coen van den Berg, has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of Agerion. He takes over from his father, Frank Frerichs. "Coen and I are jointly the Managing Director and Operations Director," Stefan says with a laugh. "We know each other from our higher professional education in Business, IT, and Management. During our studies, we worked on many projects together, and it always worked out well. We complement each other well, and together we arrive at the best solutions and division of responsibilities."

Agerion has traditionally worked for large, international enterprises, including well-known retail chains, accountants, and logistics companies. With the addition of Stefan and Coen to the executive board, Agerion now also serves SMEs. Coen explains: “We see it as added value to leverage Agerion's knowledge and experience with multinationals for SMEs. We have always been involved in hosting, websites, software implementations, and IT support. We now offer this through Agerion, with one of our specialists always on hand. An hour is often enough for them to uncover all the valuable information needed to achieve an efficient IT organization. We offer SMEs various services, including workspace management, license management, IT support, consulting, and security.”

Agerion is independent of suppliers, and customers are guaranteed honest advice. Coen explains: “If a customer has a specific question, we always look for the best solution. If necessary, we will even partner with a new party. We also look for the most cost-effective option for the customer. Sometimes a lump sum investment is more economical than, for example, a monthly subscription. We investigate all of this. We are also very flexible in our options, for example, when it comes to IT support. We agree in advance on the preferred method for the customer. Whether it is a fixed hourly rate or a subscription plan, we do what works best for the customer, and above all, without any hassle.
